Scene - Editorial Design
With the spread of the internet and other new media, the traditional printed magazine has inevitably been hit in terms of circulation. I believe that this situation could mean that design can play an even larger role in enticing - and crucially - holding a strong readership. The idea for Scene was to use clean layout and type treatments, coupled with an element of experimentation to try to prevent the magazine from becoming predictable.
